Creating Your Own Footsteps as a Leader

Everyone has his or her own idea of leadership. Through the use of crayons and markers, students will tap into their creativity to create a collaborative definition of leadership. Throughout the program, students will identify their personal strengths as a leader while discovering how to challenge themselves to be a stronger and more effective leader.

Who Are You? Discovering Your Leadership Style

Students are introduced to the Student Leadership Practices Inventory to assess their leadership style. During this interactive program, students will discover if they are more likely to challenge the process, enable others to act, inspire a shared vision, model the way, or encourage the heart. Students leave with a personal goal statement in hand to motivate them to actively practice other leadership styles.

Students will participate in fun team builders as well as discuss important strategies of team building and facilitation. This program can help any group become an amazing and productive team!
